Portico Healthnet has been awarded a Minnesota Department of Health Eliminating Health Disparities Initiative (EHDI) Grant for the 2023-2027 grant period. Through this grant funded project, Portico will expand our work to enroll pregnant people and newborns in health insurance coverage at their earliest point of eligibility – interventions which target disparities in access to and enable utilization of high-quality prenatal, postnatal, and early life care. This work was co-developed with community partners who play a vital role in connecting pregnant people and newborns with Portico’s services, and we are grateful that we can further strengthen and expand the reach of these services throughout this project.
