Ramsey County – Metro Square Service Center 121 Seventh Place E. Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101. Free parking is available across the street at the Block 19 parking ramp (145 E. 7th St.) – a voucher for two hours of free parking will be provided for visitors to the Service Center. Walk-ins are welcome.
