TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) COMMUNICATIONS

If you provide your mobile number and choose to receive text messages from Portico Healthnet, we will text you appointment reminders, enrollment deadline and renewal reminders, follow-up questions, and general outreach about health coverage options and events. Message frequency varies. Your phone number will not be shared or sold to any third parties or affiliates.

You can stop text messaging at any time by replying STOP. We will send you a SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@porticohealthnet.org or 651.489.2273.
