Portico is pleased to welcome our next President, Stephanie Radtke. Stephanie comes to Portico from Dakota County where she served as Director of Partner Relations and Strategic Initiatives. Prior to her role at Dakota County, she served as Director of Health Care Eligibility and Access at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Stephanie has been a leader in Minnesota health care reform, including the development of early community application assistance programs and the MNsure Navigator program.

Stephanie brings broad leadership experience in general management, marketing and product development, strategic planning, and championing innovation. She has a passion for equity and removing barriers to health care and other resources people and communities need to thrive.
